Therapy

Relationships are Paramount. All the therapeutic programs we refer to have been vetted to the highest professional standards. Licensed professionals and qualified staff administer all therapeutic interventions, including Assessments, Testing, Group, Individual, and Family participation.

The programs we refer to employ a variety of therapeutic modalities – individual, group, family, talk, experiential, and even outdoor recreation – to ensure the highest level of therapeutic traction possible with individual clients and their families. A strength-based approach utilizes a system of relationship-based therapies that engage our clients in a variety of ways.

Life Skills & Vocation

We understand that life skills are essential for adolescents and young adults as they experience the challenges of growing up. These skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and time management, empower them to make informed decisions and foster independence. Additionally, vocational training helps them explore career options and develop practical skills that enhance employability. Some of our referral treatment programs offer services focusing on both life skills and vocational education, so they can aid and prepare young individuals for a successful transition into adulthood.

Transition & AfterCare

For many of our students, transitioning from concentrated emotional support and individualized care, back into a home environment represents a giant step with potential pitfalls.

AfterCare involves clients and family members co-authoring a thoughtful and useful Aftercare Agreement that can be maintained for at least 90 days after returning home.

More importantly, AfterCare also means continuing the relationships that were established during treatment. To do this, we recommend the following touchpoints:

  • Virtual care technology for weekly check-in sessions

  • Conference calling

  • Appropriate social media channels

  • Alumni recreation

"Change is the Result of all true Learning."

                                                                - Leo Buscaglia

Since the inception of our program, we have been diligent in searching for multiple environments for exploration and learning. We believe we are profoundly changed by the the experiences of life, if we allow ourselves to be vulnerable. And, in that vulnerability, we can become authentic.
