Our Mission

In partnership with parents, family, and community, our mission as consultants and counselors is to provide safe and professional communication and facilitate a mutual relationship to instruct those who may be in crisis and in need of confidential care. We provide services through a program of intervention, assessment, and professional therapeutic and academic resources and referrals.

Boyd Hooper

Founder/Consultant

Boyd has worked with at-risk youth and families for over 25 years. He has owned and operated four residential treatment programs and has worked as a business and behavioral health consultant. Boyd loves to coach, teach, and spend time with his family in his spare time.

Kristin Jerman

Financial Director

Kristin has 20 years of experience helping companies achieve business growth. As an administrator, she has helped half a dozen law offices and dental practices with revenue growth. Kristin also has start-up experience, assisting in incubating and the sale of two additional businesses. She loves to travel, garden, and spend time with family and her dog Piper.

Jessica Morrison

Client Care

Jessica works as our client advocate and schedules consultations. She has worked for the past 10 years in office administration, sales, and customer service. "Exceeding the client's expectations," is her motto. Jessica loves being a mom, traveling, family and great food!

Cody Johnson, LCSW

Clinical Therapist

Cody is our clinical therapist for assessment and referral. His approach is holistic, focusing on practical tools that help clients understand their experiences, not just label them. Cody utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for trauma and aiding clients to identify emotional and psychological needs with a whole-person perspective.
